REGISTRATION FOR THE 2013 SEASON
BEFORE REGISTERING THROUGH THE MAIL,

Little Tigers Football
For youth ages 5 through 11 years old who would like to participate in a full contact competitive sport. Football players will need to complete the following to register: (1) enclose a copy of player's birth certificate (players that played in 2012 do not need to incude a copy of the birth certificate as we have it on file), (2) registration form (click on link above), (3) waiver (click on link above), and (4) payment for both registration and fundraiser (see below). YOU MAY NOT REGISTER THROUGH THE MAIL WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY - SEE ABOVE.
Little Tigers Cheerleading
For youth ages 5 through 12 years old who would like to participate in cheering the teams on. Cheerleaders will need will need to complete the following to register: (1) (1) registration form (click on link above), (2) waiver (click on link above), (3) payment for both registration and fundraiser (see below), and (4) selection of shirt size (see selection under "LTF Use Only" box on the registration form). YOU MAY NOT REGISTER THROUGH THE MAIL WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF ELIGIBILITY - SEE ABOVE.
Cost:
$140.00 for the first Little Tigers participant
$100.00 for the second Little Tigers participant
$50.00 each additional participant in the household
$100.00 for the second Little Tigers participant
$50.00 each additional participant in the household
Fundraiser Fees:
Each family is expected to participate in the registration fundraiser by either choosing (1) the buy-out option for $40 per child or (2) participating by selling Gold Cards. The Gold Card option is $60.00 (for three cards) for the first child, $40 (two cards) for the second child and $20.00 (single card) for each child thereafter. The Gold Card is good for discounted services at several local businesses. Please note for the Gold Card option, families can recoup funds by selling the cards at $20.00 each. HOWEVER, GOLD CARDS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE - REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 10, 2013 MUST INCLUDE THE BUYOUT OPTION.
