REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012 SEASON

WHEN:    Saturday, May 5, 2012  9 am - 3 pm
               Sunday, May 6, 2012  Noon - 3 pm

WHERE:  EHS Library and Resource Center 6161 Center Grove Road, Edwardsville, IL 62025.  Enter through the main door and follow the paws all the way to the back of the building.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS NEEDED AT REGISTRATION:   
1.   2” x 2” photo (football players only) with player’s name written on the back.
2.   2 copies of birth certificate (football players that have not previously played for LTF)
3.   Healthcare provider information and policy number (see registration form)
4.   Doctor’s and dentist’s name and phone numbers (see registration form)
5.   Registration fees and fund raiser fees - see below
6.   Football players must be present at registration.

COSTS:
$140.00 for the first Little Tigers participant + fundraiser (see below)
$100.00 for the second Little Tigers participant + fundraiser (see below)
$50.00 each additional participant in the household + fundraiser (see below)

FUNDRAISER FEES: 
Each family is expected to participate in the registration fundraiser by either choosing (1) the buy-out option for $40 per child or (2) participating by selling Gold Cards. The Gold Card option is $60.00 (for three cards) for the first child, $40 (two cards) for the second child and $20.00 (single card) for each child thereafter. The Gold Card is good for discounted services at several local businesses. Please note for the Gold Card option, families can recoup funds by selling the cards at $20.00 each.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
There will be a limited number of scholarships available. The deadline to apply for scholarships is April 20, 2012.  Prior year scholarship recipients are not automatically approved for the 2012 season. Scholarships will be awarded based on need, income, and the number of scholarship applications received. EQUIPMENT RETURN

If you have failed to return your equipment for the 2011 season, you need to contact Rick Marteeny at  618-444-4203 or by email  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  for cheerleading.  Your deposit checks have been cashed and the amount will be refunded only after return of all equipment.

FOOTBALL Equipment Return Process:

  • Wash and dry all equipment including pants, all three jerseys, belt, and equipment bag. Please make sure bag is dry and do not put wet or damp uniforms in equipment bag.
  • Wipe down all pant pads and shoulder pads removing any mud or dirt before turning in. Let air dry.
  • Remove all number stickers and striper tape from helmet. Wipe down helmet inside and out with water and a soft cloth (do not use any type of cleaner on the helmet as it can damage the shell) to remove mud, dirt, and sweat. Remove mouth guard and any special equipment (face shields, etc..). Let air dry.
  • Please remove plastic tie and tag from equipment bag immediately before bringing it to the building for turn in. Please keep tag on equipment bag until you are ready to turn it in.
  • Items that MUST to be turned in: White practice pants, black game pants, 7 pant pads, belt, helmet, shoulder pads, orange game jersey, white game jersey, black practice jersey.
  • Do NOT return: Socks, mouth guards, integrated pants, girdles, wristbands, personal items, shorts, t-shirts, etc.

CHEER Uniform Return Process:

  • Wash and dry all uniform parts.  
  • Items that MUST to be turned in: Cheer Tops and Bottoms.
  • Do NOT return: Bows, briefs, jackets, etc.
