It costs somewhere between $300 and $400 per child to make this all work which includes uniforms, playing fields, officials, insurance, administrative costs and all things needed to run a first class operation.

How many games will my son play?

The normal regular season schedule is nine games.  However, some Little Tiger teams may have a bye week during the season and only play eight games due to the number of teams that participate in the league during that year.  Also, any team that qualifies for the playoffs will have the opportunity to play one or two additional games at the end of the regular season.

How many plays will my son play during the game?

The Tri County league rules states that every player will play a minimum of eight plays during the game if the player is in full uniform and willing and able to participate.  The Little Tigers coaches will track the amount of plays during the game to monitor player participation and will strive to exceed the eight-play minimum for each player.

How often do teams practice?

The normal practice schedule is three days a week until the first game.  After the first game the practice schedule is twice a week, normally Tuesday and Thursday.  However, some teams may schedule an extra “light” practice if additional preparation is needed for an upcoming game.  An extra practice is normally a review session and is shorter in duration, 90 minutes or less.  Any extra practice session is an exception to the regular practice schedule and must be approved by the Athletic Director.
